Email hello@keira.gg
One inbox handles the lot: hello@keira.gg. Ethan Walker, Camille Laurent and Alessandro Conti monitor it directly rather than routing it through an outsourced help desk. Expect a reply inside two business days, Monday to Friday on UK time. Anything landing late on a Friday usually sees an answer by Tuesday, and privacy submissions are closed out well within the 30-day GDPR limit.
Speed things up by sending the full URL of the page you are writing about and, if it applies, a screenshot or the exact sentence you want us to look at.
Messages we welcome
- Fixes and refreshes. Point out anything on the site that no longer lines up with what an operator genuinely provides, and we will verify the detail again and update the page.
- Tips and player experiences. A firsthand report of a KYC review that dragged on for weeks, or a support rep who actually sorted the problem, feeds straight into our retest queue and can move a casino up or down.
- Operator nominations. Casinos are welcome to put themselves forward for review. Our verdict comes from our own hands-on testing, and no listing or rating is ever for sale.
- Media enquiries. Journalists and podcast hosts can reach Camille at the same address; add "Press" to the subject line so we can route it correctly.
- Privacy and data requests. Handled through this same inbox; our Privacy Policy lays out the details.
Where our help stops
One thing is worth spelling out plainly: Keira.gg only reviews casinos from the outside, as a fully independent publication. We do not run an operator, we hold no player balances, we never handle any player's cash, and we cannot intervene in an argument between a player and a casino. Frozen accounts, lost logins and delayed cashouts belong first with the casino's own support desk.
Casino disputes belong with the regulator, not with us
When an operator has refused to sort out a valid complaint, escalate it to the licensing authority that regulates it, not to us. Verify the licence on the authority's live public register and submit the complaint through it: the UKGC (gamblingcommission.gov.uk), MGA (mga.org.mt), Spelinspektionen (spelinspektionen.se), KSA (kansspelautoriteit.nl), Spillemyndigheden (spillemyndigheden.dk), ANJ (anj.fr) or ACMA (acma.gov.au), depending on where the operator is licensed. That is the correct route, and one operators are legally required to engage with.
